We’ll be at the Whyte Family hangar in Waunakee - located at 6010 Woodland Drive in Waunakee. Please plan to drop food off at the house, then park on Simon Crestway!
Doors open at 5:30 PM, Potluck Buffet at 6:15 PM, and Program at 6:45PM.
Don’t forget to dress WARM! The hanger is OPEN.
We blew the grid last year with all of our crockpots, so please note all warm dishes can be brought warm, in a crock pot, then transferred to chafing dishes provided by the Whyte Family. (Chafing dishes are large serving pans with lids that are warmed from underneath.)
Do NOT miss out on the fun!! We look forward to seeing everyone!!

Coach registration opens March 1. Student-Athlete registration opens April 1. Keep your eyes out for pre-season activities! Fun Rides, Bike Checks, early bird kit orders. All sorts of fun stuff!

COACHES - BOTH CURRENT & POTENTIAL!!
Current Level 2/3 coaches, please remember to turn in your First Aid Kits at the party on Nov. 2. If you’re unable to attend, please drop off your kit with a Head Coach or Team Director near you. You may KEEP the whistles. Thank you!
Looking to Level Up next year? (You ROCK!) Make sure to log into PitZone in the spring to see what needs to be done. Read here for info on approved First Aid & CPR courses.
Do you know someone who has shown some interest in becoming a coach? Or are YOU currently not a coach, but thought about maybe jumping in to help? Please reach out to your Team Director or Head Coach so we can connect!
middleton mtb - new team director
Coach Christa will be stepping down from this role during the 2024 season. The groundwork has been laid! We just need someone to step in and take the reins. **A Team Director needs to be a Level One Coach only, which does NOT require any biking whatsoever!** Organization is the name of the game for the TD Role. We thank you for your consideration!
